The Rudeness of the driver

The bad attitude that I have experienced with one of the drivers of the Apm bus going to EL from Cape Town, I am still shocked with how you treat your passengers...yhoo he has no respect of person...this is the last time I use your buses because clearly you hire drivers with no professionalism. Not forgetting that he is telling me I have to pay for my other bag. With all the busses I have used, this i never expected.
