The most horrible bus service to use

This is the most disgusting bus service that exist. My son had been stuck on a broken bus in a very cold weather on N3(from Durban to Joburg) for almost 20 hours(from 1am on the to around 8pm on the 20th of June 2023) and with no plan from bus service nor explanation of what is going to happen. The company must just close down, the type of service they offer is a disgrace for transport industry and can portray a bad image for our country as tourist from abroad can opt to use their service and become exposed to this horrible service. They don't even deserve a star rating.
