Terrible terrible terrible

The worst experience I've had with buses, this bus service should be shut down because customer service is the worst, they dont have the customers best interests at heart. The bus gets there 2hours late then hardly a few kms we are told to get in a different bus, we do that then less than 2km the bus gets stuck. How ridiculous is that?? Their contact details on the website don't even work and it was my first time using this bus service and never again. They don't even seem to have Intentions to fix customer concerns and it's not as if its cheaper or anything. To anyone who wants to travel with this bus service, you're signing up for disappointment.
