Terrible Service Delivery

I would like to advise the public not to ever dream of using Amp Buses,regardless of how desperate one may be to travel . I'm currently in a bus from Port Elizabeth heading back to Johannesburg and within these few hours I have experienced the worst service delivery in my existance.We in a bus that is filthy dirty,the toilet is not working in the bus and we have been stopping at garages that have no public toilets whatsover, garages that have no food stops and we have been hungry ever since,we are expected to go into the bushes in the middle of no where to release ourselves and if you never managed to grab something to eat prior getting onto this bus,you must be starving to death. Bare in mind this is in the middle of the night and there are kids who are on board,everyone has become restless,uncomfortable and very unhappy. Just imagine having to squad in the middle of nowhere in front of men and other women like some kind of animal. Their routes are terrible as well and the drivers seen not to be bothered by the passengers complains. This shows the level of ignorance that this company carries. We have paid a full fee amount to be treated out of disrespect and indecency. Hence I feel the erging need to inform and let everyone know that it would be a total waste for anyone to use these buses.
