Terrible service

I booked a bus which was supposed to depart from Midrand on 02 April 2024, we were at the bus stop 1 hour 30 minutes before departure time the bus was nowhere to be found up until 3 hours later (from 19:00 -22:00) we had to give up and go back home. The telephones are not being answered up until today.
