Terrible is understatement i leak a better word

Even giving this company a one star is making my ancestors turn from the grave Yesterday the 13th of August 2022 i waited for an APM bus that was supposed to pick up people at IDutywa BP garage at 14:45 to Johannesburg arrival 05:00 the 14th of August but unfortunately for me the bus was a NO SHOW which meant i had paid to be made a fool of the day! Standing the for hours and hours in the cold !!! Not even a mere sms to explain no let us know that the bus will be a NO SHOW or whatever story you could cook up would have been acceptable I am beyond disappointed and would rather not even go further explaining how i feel at this current moment because my safety and health was compromised ! My valuable time wasted . It would have been better if the bus was late ,that would have been a different story to tell but a NO SHOW is absolutely a sign of disrespect and undermining one's time and money and not to mention one's intelligence !! I do not wish nor plan to take your bus service now or in the next life or even at gun point !! All i want is my money back I do not even want any explanation pertaining to why it was a NO SHOW i just need my hard earned money back I do not wake up everyday to send " thanks best regards " only to be ****** by APM . So please as much as it was easy for me to pay for my APM bus ticket it should be easy for the company to pay back my money as they failed relentlessly to meet their end of the deal to provide a service i had paid for
