Terrible experience

I would not recommend anyone to take this bus service.

I had boarded the bus with my elderly grandmother and mother on the 17/12/2020 at 22:00pm. Upon entering the bus, no Covid screening had been done.

The driver asked for out surname and initials and let us on board. When entering the bus it was extremely hot as the driver had the heater on whilst we all sat squashed up against one another.

The prices of the tickets are absolutely affordable and that's great! The fact that we reached our destination was even more Fantastic! But the disappointment was the lack of communication between the driver and his passengers was pathetic.

Even when we stopped at the Montrose stop for a toilet break he did not even confirm the time we needed to be back. The aircon was turned on only when the passengers complained about heat.
