Terrible Experience

Firstly I had sent APM an email and they have not yet gotten back to me 3 days later.

My boyfriend and I were taking an APM bus from Park Station Johannesburg leaving at 19:20 to arrive in Queenstown Eastern Cape at 6am. The bus only left park station at about 20:10 after only driving for about half an hour the bus stopped because we had a passenger having a drug induced freak out and she refused to get back on the bus and was scared of every one. Now I understand that they can't leave someone behind because they paid for their ticket. My complaint is that surely every bus company should take down their passengers emergency person to contact? We stood at that garage for over an hour until eventually passengers took it upon themselves to get the lady back on the bus after a huge shouting debate took place on the bus because some passengers thought that the only reason they didn't leave her behind was because she was white. This made the whole trip very akward as I was the only other white person besides her on the bus having to hear people complain about said "Mlungu" the whole time was extremely uncomfortable. But the last straw was APM not getting back to me. It is appaling and I will never use this bus service in my life ever again!Oh and we only arrived past 8am that morning.
