Terrible customer service. Stuck in JHB with no help

I booked an APM bus from JHB to Durban for my partner. He is now stuck in JHB and can't even find the bus with no one to help him. I can't even get through to the call centre this is such ******* because the ticket is R400 and sold at checkers which actually made me think this was a legit service provider contact me urgently *** or him on *** and let us know what is going on.
