TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

Worst Terrible Experience Ever!! As I type this I am supposed to be on my way to Johannesburg from PE but the bus has been stuck on the way since 17h00, we not even at Grahamstown yet, people are thirsty and hungry, terrible customer service and there is absolutely nothing they are doing to help. Except tell us to wait till morning it's ****** 23:44, we boarded at 16:20 at PE and we just stuck on the road. S**** this business because they suck!
