Stay away from APM bus , bad service

Never use this APM bus. I booked the bus for my cousin and she was travelling with 2 kids( 9months and 7 years). The bus was suppose to depart Johannesburg on the 03Dec2019 @19h30pm.The bus was delayed and only arrived on the 4th Dec 2019 @01h30am. I had to leave my cousin and 2 kids in Park station waiting for the bus. Before I left around 23h00 I requested the APM staff who were there to assist my cousin with her bags but when the bus arrived they were no where to be found to assist her as they have agreed to help. I'm told the bus itself is overloaded and struggle to find the sit and had to sit separate with one of the kid. No more APM very bad service.
