SHUT DOWN THIS BUS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bus came 2hours late at night only came at 00:00, It broke down half way to Pretoria from durban...my husband advised that they are still waiting by the side of the road , it is now 11:12am the next day. The owner is now not answering their calls..There are small kids on that bus, people are tired and hungry in the middle of nowhere. APM service is beyond DISGUSTING. I've never come across such a company that does not value nor care for their clients.

PEOPLE ARE STANDED AT THE GARAGE BEFORE MONTROSE THEY ARE HEADED TO PRETORIA....WE NEED ASSISTANCE ASAP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
