Shocked and dissatisfied

I booked online for 8th June 22:00pm but they messed up my booking firstly I am a male but on my ticket iam female and my second name is incorrect even though my reference is correct and corresponds with the one at Durban station... iam so disappointed with the service and lack of consideration and empathy shown by the company and staff being that it was so late at night and all the information they required on my side was given and correct but someone made a mistake on their side... hurt
