Your service is absolutely terrible.

I arrived at Shell Ultra City Kroonstad at 09:30 for my 10:00 departure. There was two of us and luckily the other lady got a seat with City Bug that was traveling to Nelspruit that she had to pay an extra R500 for.

I, on the other hand was still stuck and still is stuck in the Freestate.

If you knew that your bus had broken down, courtesy would say send communication in and on time but no, you people send communication at 13:46 for a bus that was supposed to arrive at 10:00. What nonsense is that?

I had to sit there, with my diabetic mother who refused to leave me there. So we had to leave as she needed to take her meds, on our way back home we get your recovery bus sms so she never got to take her meds.

We sat there until 15:00 and your bus was still not there.
