The bus service is absolutely atrocious. My siblings were supposed to leave at 18h00 to Graaff-Reinet from Cape Town. And the other one from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth at 18h30.

One of my siblings went to ask what the hold up was after about two hours and got the run around being sent pillar to post. When he eventually got answers, he was told the drivers are still taking a shower. Utterly unacceptable.

Now more than 5 hrs later and they are still sitting at the bus station waiting for a bus they’re not even sure is going to come.

All the numbers provided on the internet are unavailable at this hour.

This is egregious to say the least.
