****med of R702 by APM

On the 26th July 2019 I bought 2 return tickets online from Kokstad to Johannesburg for the 15th August 2019 and return on the 18 August 2019. The total cost of these was R702. I received proof of payment with all the travelling details. Upon my arrival on the evening of departure I was told by the bus drivers that our names do not appear on their manifest so therefore they cannot take us. We were left stranded at the garage. I then had to buy other tickets as we had to go to johannesburg and was assisted by the Greyhound bus. We got to park station and i went to complain at their booth and they said they will sort it out. Upon return same thing happened and we had to buy Greyhound tickets again. Ever since the 19th August i have been calling APM for my refund and they refuse instead they want to give me a voucher which i do not want as i will never use their services again. I am highly dissapointed by this bus and need assistance or advice on how to handle the matter.
