Sad customer

Today my was supposed to travel to Johannesburg from Herm**** to bury her Grandmother who passed away recently.... Now we booked an (apm) for an 18:40 departure at Belleville, Mispel Road, Opposite Town Lodge. As it shows on the Ticket. We had to hire someone to drop her off since it was urgent only to get there and find no when they ask around they where told that they no longer park do pick up there.... They moved to some strange place, shockingly (APM) didn't bother to call and inform about the change of pick up spot they didn't even bother to answer their phone calls as a number of their phones where called for assistance.... NOW MY WIFE WONT BE ABLE TO SEND HER LAST GOODBYE TO HER LOST LOVELY GRANDMA..... I wish to know where can we complain cause I want my refund and they should pay for the fuel we used for nothing.... And I will never use their services again. Cause they don't care for their customers at all really disappointed
