Rude driver and no restroom alternative

First of all the bus did not even enter the bosman station terminal, apparently APM did not pay rent to use the terminal, the driver is rude whereas there is no alternative for passengers to use the toilets hence their excuse is covid, I'm never opting for APM, their seats are torn and cracked...
