Rude bus driver left me in King Williams Town

I was taking a bus on 22 December 2025 at 19:00 from Cape Town to East London, the bus arrived 22:00 which was three hours late and the bus driver left in King Williams Town while I was doing number two, he didn't stop at all stops, I had to pay R300 to get to East London so that I don't miss my luggage, he was very rude and without remorse.
