Ridiculous customer service

I booked a bus from George station to Somerset west and the departure time was 10:00pm and arrival was 3:25am I know buses do delay sometimes, mind you I was here 30 minutes before departure I waited for the bus while no communication was sent to about the bus delaying or anything Only to find out from one of the people taking the bus at the station that the bus will be 2hours late Which I received not an email, Sms, call nothing It was my first time attempting to ride with you guys I'm so disappointed with the customer services and communication towards your customers Worse part is that all they contact number do not work, it either it rings and drops or takes takes to the automated line Finally after 4 hours of waiting the bus showed up at 2am Worst experience ever Never going to book this bus again even if it's R10
