Reimbur*****t

This is a 2nd review...I wrote the 1st one just over 2 weeks ago and I have not received any response nor communication from this bus service. What an inconvenience! They have an indifferent attitude towards me as a client. **I still await my reimbur*****t - the bus failed to pick up the traveller...just imagine such a disappointment.. such an inconvenience. Now the company is nowhere to be found=no one picks up their office line and no one acknowledges receipt of the emails! Tiring!
