Refund pending since 19 March. Worst service

I've never received such horrible service from this company.

The bus never pitched in Pretoria on the 19th only to find out that is was canceled and I was nor informed.

I've been struggling to get my refund since then. I've sent countless emails and calling and they stopped even taking my calla.

This company should be shutdown because it is useless and no regard for cuatomer services
