Refund of R1740 for 3 tickets because the bus never came to pick up

I booked 3 tickets of this bus for 22 of December 2023 @shoprite Magaleni, we waited for more than 2 hours but the bus didn't come since I was with a 3 year old baby i decided to go back where I stay bare in my that I was renting there and it was my last day to be in that house, I decided to go home since I don't have a job now and the business that i had wasn't helpful anymore, reason why I wanted to go back home it's becouse i didn't wanna suffer with my children here in P. E but APM Bus did not came that day now am struggling with a innocent child I had to ask people that I know for a place to sleep becouse of this bus i've been trying to call but they dont pick up on their number... I just don't understand why they don't pickup cell phones while they know that there are people that are supposed to be in JHB that they didn't pick up @ PE Station. All I need is the R1740 that i used to book for those tickets, Shoprite isn't helping also because I tried to complain there they said the will call me even today am still waiting for that call
