Refund of R1200

In December, I spoke to someone named Gugu who told me that a bus from eastern cape to Pretoria will cost me R300 pp. I paid R1500 on the 21st of December 2017 and e-mailed the proof of payment.

I called on the 22nd of December 2017 to verify if the proof of payment was received I spoke to someone named Kea at around 15:26, She then explained that on the 15th of Jan the bus will be R600 not R300 as initially promised. I told her that she must cancel the trip for me and my children on the 15th of Jan as the price will be too much for me. I sent an e-mail requesting a refund on the 21st of December and have not received feedback to date. I used the bus going to Eastern Cape for R300 on the 30th of December. I ended up not using the bus on the 15th of January 2018 as the price was too much for me. I used the other bus which was cheaper than the R600. I have not received feedback since then. I want my R1200.
