Refund of bus tickets Apwtezl01, apwtezl02,apwtezl03

Please assist with feedback on refunding our money that was paid to your account on the 19 of May 2024 for a trip from Johannesburg to Cape Town which you were well aware that you are no longer operating these routes but you took our money.

Sinazo from Just Go did email you, she even gave you our banking details and that was last week Tuesday, I feel ****med by your company. We were standing from 4 pm until 9 pm in disbelief and hoping the bus is delayed but coming. No sms or email from your side informing us that the bus is not coming.

The lack of professionalism on your side is appalling, you were suppose to refund a week later after receiving money for a route you don’t service. I should not be going back and forth from Just go to Apmwc

Please fix this situation
