REFUND NEEDED

We booked a bus for 7 people from Queestown to Johannersburg which was supposed to be departing on the 17th December but we received an sms same day that the bus was cancelled which was 3 hours before depart. We then made alternative arrangments for the travel. When we went to Queenstown APM bus we were told that there is no cash. On our arrival in Cape Town we were told that they do not deal with the Queenstown to JHB route we must call the call center which we were on hold for ever and their whatsapp number is not working. The tickets were bought from Just GO and at Shoprite. All we need is the refund as we spent another money to fund the trip that was booked in advance. My number is ***
