Refund

I booked a bus from pta to CPT in September then day before I was called by them telling me that their busses r not in good condition to reach CPT they will only reach Bloemfontein so I told them to cancel my ticket coz I couldn't risk it. Then I emailed them and gave them all my details even now am still waiting for my money, a month back I went to their branch in bloem they gave me an email for someone named Ntsako apparently she works with refunds n I sent my email but still nothing
