Refund

My name is Nataly Van Jaarsveld. I bought 3 bus tickets at Checkers in Durbanville Cape Town for R1650 on the 28th November 2021 traveling to Cradock in the Eastern Cape. The time for departure was 18h25. The bus never arrived. I had to book another bus. I have been struggling since than to get my refund. At Checkers I was told they can't get my reference code which was very strange. The management of APM has since given me the run around . I really need my money.
