Putrid , irresponsible service

This bus company is worse than just disgusting & very irresponsible 😡My sister, fiancé & their 5 year old son has been stuck in this bus with Numbet plate: ZDP176GP that broke down 5 hours ago! My sister had a panic attack due to this….. the driver is not communicating to his passengers & upon calling the supervisor, he dropped the call in the drivers & passengers ears…. The driver left the bus with the passengers saying his going to look for a mechanic upon his return , he came without the mechanic. They are stuck in the middle of no where!!!! NO BACK UP FROM AMPWC BUS COMPANY. My family & I are on our nerves back home for the fact that our family is out there in the dark with no re assurance when the necessary help will come 😤

PEOPLE NEVER EVER TAKE THIS BUS…. From the onset the guy checking the list was super rude, no customer service at all.
