Poor services yet APM claims that they are treating black people with dignity

I waited for the bus in Idutywa BP Garage from before 13h00 the bus was supposed to depart at 13h00 09.11.2020 the bus never showed up until 17:00 I decided to look for another alternative after trying to call them with no luck.... the worst thing is there is no communication. if the bus is cancelled or delayed please have the decency to inform your customers. I had to take a taxi from Idutywa to Cape town and when i ask for my refund they told me they are not doing refund they can give me a free ride nextime
