Poor Service from Bus Bud & APM Bus Services

We booked a Bus Ticket from JHB to Durban to Depart on 30/01/2024 @ 9pm, on our way to the station roughly 2hrs to 9pm, we get a SMS message saying Trip Cancelled for Technical Issues, thanx for understanding! On top of that no alternate time frame when the next one will be. Tried calling their number *** and it's dead! Sent an email to: ***, no answer yet. Sent a message to their Facebook no luck aswell!
