POOR SERVICE

Don't even think of booking this bus, even if it's R200, just got back home from dropping a child FOR 17:30 5 hours later the bus came, what a horrible experience and they refuse to cancel and refund the money. We were told its 2 hours late the it ended up being 5 hours and the sms that came 15 minutes b4 arrival DISGUSTED!
