poor service delivery

very poor service, on the 2nd of July we got on the bus at 3pm and the expected arrival time was 5 in the morning , annd in laignsburg we swapped buses due to a bus breaking down somewhere. the bus we swapped with was a smaller coach so therefore i was made to sit on the floor or stand on my feet along with 7 other people. these buses break down alot .. never ever booking this bus ever again .. poor service delivery
