Poor service delivery

I booked the bus for 03 August 2024 departing time was 20:35 at 16:35 they sent me a massage that the bus will now leave at 18:00 which is not fair cause it was too early for me to be able to travel to the bus station and now they also even changed the destination, it won’t reach to where I’m heading to, when u call them to please refund me or change my travelling day they are refusing and no refunds now I’m stuck in Cape Town yet I’m suppose to be going home
