Poor service

On the 31st December 2020 I booked the bus from Idutywa to Jhb. The bus was expected to leave Idutywa at 16h00. I and other passengers were at the bus stop as early as 14h00. At around 16h10 we noticed that the bus was not arriving, we then called the call center. We told that the bus couldn't get there due to victimization by the taxi drivers. We disputed that as since we've waiting at the bus stop we didn't witness such and other buses were picking up people. We're advised to make means of reaching Butterworth the bus will be waiting for us. It took us another 30minutes to get a lift to Butterworth. And by then the time was not on our side. It took us more than an hour to get a lift. As we're trying to get a lift the call center told us that the bus had moved to the next stop. By the time we got a lift the bus was already in Queenstown. As we're 50kms away from Queenstown, the call center told us that the the driver was complaining that he's been waiting for a long time for us and he was leaving. When we got there the bus had already left and it was around 21h30. We slept at the Total filling station and continued to hike to Jhb. The only thing the company did was to change the tickets for another trip. They didn't consider the extra costs we incurred on the lifts and sleeping in the street. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use APM. Their service is bad and the drivers keep seats for their friends and girlfriends so they can travel free. They even sleep with women in the baggage compartments
