Poor service by apm. Never on time!

After reading reviews - only after going on board, it's safe to say I'll never book with apm ever again. 3hours late for departure, no apologies or explanations as to why, then made to walk to the other far end of the station with heavy luggage to go to the bus. First and last time booking with them.
