Poor service by APM bus service

Good day I would like to report such a poor service and ill treatment as I was attacked by the bus driver and conductor yesterday 6th 2023 by APM buses last night. We book tickets at PNP on Thursday 5th for APM buses for 19:30 at parkstation on the 6th Johannesburg, only to get there and we’re told that the bus is not in the bus terminal but by the streets of braamfontien. We walked with our luggage and waited outside in the streets for about 2hrs no show . Then an older bus with broken windows covered by cardboxes showed up. In the mist of that caos, we final got in this bus they told us the bus had changed route from N3 to N1 , everyone will get off at Queenstown and Mthatha and they will give everyone money to take at the taxi to Mount frere where I mother was getting to.I inquired about this and complained about this along with other passengers from Mount Elif and Kokstad that it was impossible for them to decide that on the trip and we had paid to be delivered to our home town as agreed. The bus conductor and drive were so rude to us and violent,they shouted at me ,pushed and grabbed me to pull me out the bus. I asked for a refund which I got after a fight with conductors who were rude to me and my mother. We boarded the bus around 9:35 pm . We got home at 10pm.
