Poor service at APM bus Service

Good day

I booked a ticket from Queenstown to Cape Town station on 08 October 2023. Bus was supposed to leave at 19h00 pm.

2 buses arrived at Queenstown station, 1 of them took a few passengers (that did not even amount to 10 people). They told us that 1 coach/bus is full and another is faulty, but a coach has been dispatched to come pick us up.

It is now 23h02 pm and no coach has arrived. The guy at APM office has been saying the bus is coming but nothing has come. He said they are now organising a taxi for us but even that has not pen out.

To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I am furious. Queenstown is freezing, we are cold, hungry, exhausted, anxious and sleepy. Most of us are going back to work tomorrow but we will not make it to work because of you apm. No one is attending to us now because even the employee that was here left us alone. He went home and left us in the office alone. Imagine being left in the office without any direction or information as to what is going on. Heartbreaking.

I never want to do business with this company ever again. I sent out an email requesting a refund. I do not reschedule or anything else for them. I just want my money back, that's all
