Poor service APM, 2hrs delay

I would like to complain about the bad service of APM busses. We have been sitting since past 4 for 16h30 bus that is supposed to depart from Cofimvaba to Capetown on the 4th of December 2020, now it's 17h51 still no bus. The worst part we have not received any communication that the bus is being delayed. The place where we are sitting is not a safe environment and it is cold. We have been trying to contact APM offices with no luck it's just playing music. This is such a worse experience and it shows that APM does not care about its people, a bus cannot delay for more than an hour, and it is late now we can be ****** as APM does not have an office in Cofimvaba.
