Poor service and rudeness of the drivers

Bad service I never ever experienced before we are stucked at Cradock since 19:30 until now and we tried t call the management to come out with back up but still nothing. Poor service and rudeness of the drivers. The worse part is we have to be at work. We stuck here 10 April 2021 until 11 April from Cofimvaba to Western Cape but we still stuck at Cradock.
