Poor service and lack of professional ethics from APM Bus Company

I bought a ticket at checkers for a trip to Johannesburg from EC. The bus didn't show up at the arranged time and after 15 minutes I made a call to the call centre and I was told that the bus is no longer available for the stop I booked for which I was not told by the time I bought a ticket.

I had to buy another ticket from another bus company in order for the destination to be reached. I tried to make calls the following day for the ticket to be used as a return ticket back to EC but the consultant told me that they are in no condition to authorise the act and they will refer the matter to the management and I'll receive a call once the arrangement has been made.

I had to buy another ticket back. I have made numerous emails asking for a refund but up to this moment no reply whatsoever.

Beware of APM buses. They are both unprofessional and have poor service standards....
