Poor service

What a terrible experience with this company...poor service bus arrived late they tell us of a technical problem at last moment we had to wait in the middle of nowhere in the streets of Mispel Cape Town....I don't know why they are in the business because clearly they lack customer service....

Am annoyed 😡😡😡😡😡😡
