poor service

<p>On the 06 June 2017,i travelled with a bus from Aliwal north to Midrand.booking no is 557931.unfortunately I forgot a wallet and fleece blanket upon arrival.i went to pretoria station same morning on the 07th. The office called the driver of the bus,Sam whom found the wallet but he was not cooperative and the language he was using was unpleasant.He said I will find the wallet at pretoria west,DEPO upon arrival he left with the wallet.when I called him to check what was happening,someone answered his phone to say Sam will give me the wallet when he has time. The office apologised to say I should be patient with the driver,he doesn't know how to speak to passengers.</p>
