Poor service

I am so ****ed and furious, I honestly don't understand them. They are so disorganized. I booked a bus from Cape town to Mthatha. The bus was suppose to depart at 17:00 from cape town but they left at 17:40 and they have been asking for tickets in every stop. to make matters worse we in Queenstown now and we have been here for an hour now, they're checking tickets again and it seems like the bus is overbooked. They know nothing about customer service. It's my 1st time using it and i will never use it again or recommend it.
