Poor service

Travelled from from Durban with apm bus that doesn't have air-condition and windows,it's was very hot, ABS was mul****ioning,hatch (roof emergency exit) broke while we were on the road 20min before montrose,it's was very windy outside today, we couldn't breathe due the wind that was coming through hatch (emergency exit) and I'm asthmatic, travelled almost 6 hours with that open roof...I'm so disappointed
