Poor Service

The bus was supposed to leave Johannesburg at 19;30 but it arrived at 20;00, we are still at park station it is 21;00 now. Before we get in we were asked to weigh our luggage and charged according to that guys opinion and no proof of payment though, I was asked to pay R110.00 my luggage weighed 28kg. My query is that when we book nothing about weighing is mentioned and no receipts for the payment made not even a tag with our names since I paid so much.
