Poor service

I am a passenger on an APM bus that departed Cape Town for Joburg at 18:00 yesyerday, the bus was delayed by an hour as it was supposed to jave departed Cape Town at 17:00. Upon teaching Beafort West, the bus was impounded by Trafgic officials for not having the correct permit. The bus drivers do not communicate to us about what is going on and we have been impiunded since 02:00 this morning. I have never experience such poor service.
