Poor poor services

I have booked this bus on Friday 15 December from Bloemfontein to Johannesburg the departure was supposed to be at 2:45 the bus never came I stood there waiting until 7 am waiting for the bus and had to book INTERCAPE at the same since I have now been waiting for more than 5 hours I would advice people to never book this bus. I sent them emails requesting for a refund they refused and gave me another voucher which I will never use again and which is stupid because if they couldn’t come the first time why would they come now???
