Poor customer service

I booked the bus on the 20th June 2019 to Kokstad from Park Station Johannesburg , the bus was supposed to depart at 19:15 but that was not the case we departed around 12:00 midnight, the staff members who were there failed to give us an update on what was going on and when we asked they just told us they don't know anything they are just hired they don't own any buses. There was a lady there who was said to be the manager, she ran away from the counter where we buy tickets and went to the back or whatever but she was hiding from us, and then when the bus came around 23;00 then she just appeared out of nowhere ruling the drivers telling them what to do and what not to do delaying the bus even further and the two drivers who were driving our bus just took off and left her shouting there,,, if it wasn't for them we could have gone there later than midnight. Apm bus has poor service and they don't care about their customer and they have no clue about consumer service, it was my first time riding their bus and it was definitely the last time.
