Poor customer service

We took an APM bus at 22:00 on the 18th,APM bus got stuck at 2am 5min away from montros we have been here for more than 5hours now waiting for a bus that just left albatorn now meaning we still have 4hours to wait for that bus..haven't received any apology been here for hours,we are hungry the toilet is not working and we don't have water to drink. some people are hiking coz they have morning interviews. the service is extremely poor and we just not happy at all about this WE want to be compensated for this ,it just unacceptable at all.
